Yoshi's Eggnog Recipe!

Perfect homemade Eggnog Recipe that will help you get in the spirit and blow the socks off of your friends and family.

Ingredients:

4 Egg yolks (separate)

4 Egg whites (separate)

1/3 Cup sugar + 1 TBS sugar

1 Pint whole milk

1 Cup heavy cream

3 Oz. Bourbon (optional)

1 TSP Nutmeg

Green food coloring

Marshmallow cream

Directions:

1. In a stand mixer beat the egg yolks until they lighten in color.

2. Gradually add the 1/3 cup of sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until it has completely dissolved in the mixture.

3. Add the milk, cream, bourbon, and nutmeg to the mixture while continuing to mix.

4. Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the 1 TBS of sugar while continuing to mix until stiff peaks form.

5. Mix marshmallow cream with green food coloring until cream is a vibrant green.

6. Dot the green marshmallow cream around the inside of all glasses being used, giving it a 'spotted green' appearance. Dont use too much marshmallow cream in one spot.

7. Pour the eggnog mixture into the glass.

8. Enjoy!
